They damaged my sons only winter coat and have had a week waiting for the hub manager to get back to me.
This is my son?s only winter coat and the temperature out side has been in the minuses, today it is -5. They are well aware of all this as I have emailed them 4 times, made a complaint online and Waitrose (where I took the coat to be dry cleaned) have been in contact with them.
Your customer service is disgraceful.
