Five Stars for Rhiannon. Her customer focus skills and product knowledge was on beaten by her confidence and positivity at sorting out my online order, checking the car with the winter safety check and correcting the order before leaving the store. Rarely do you meet people that young who can get all that right and with such ease and empathy. I always enjoy going into the Halfords in East Grinstead and that?s why!

First rate service from Austin and his colleagues. He couldn?t service my bike due to it not being an Halfords approved electric make but Austin fixed my front brake so he ensured my bike was safe for me to take home. Very impressed with the customer service I was given today and Halfords are much more affordable than independent cycle shops that charge the earth. Thank you Austin and Halfords. Im a very happy customer. ??????????

Amazing service, the staff were all very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The dashcam fitting said it would take 2 hours when I booked but it was done quicker. Austin also gave me an overview on how to use it. The wires are all perfectly neat and I'm so pleased.

Austin, the gentleman who served me at Halfords East Grinstead this morning was excellent. He supplied and fitted a new battery for me as a matter of extreme urgency and went the extra mile to get the job done, customising the straps to replace my original, corroded one, and dealing with several customers simultaneously, whilst remains cheerful and professional throughout.

I was assisted by a gentleman in the purchase of a rear number plate and fitting. The store was very busy and his colleagues clearly sought him out for guidance and advice. If he doesn't have a managerial role, he should. Knowledgeable, helpful and skilled both with his work and toward his colleagues.

Are they actually by specialists gone in there three times this week? Want to get a tire then the tire popped and I got a new tube and then my guy bent the chain and now it keeps slipping gears don?t go.
