Over the past few months I have used Escort on numerous occasions for suits, throws and blankets. They have always given me a 1st class service, even when I have needed suits turned around in a short period of time.

I am appalled with what happened in this dry cleaners today- staff sitting vaping I the front and argueing with customers after they washed a down jacket instead of dry cleaning it ! I have been coming here for a long time and never have I seen anything like this !!

I have collected my husbands suit, waistcoat and my dress and blue silk jacket that had lipstick on it. They were doubtful the lipstick would come out as I had tried to remove it myself, but it did. I’m so very grateful.

I used to really like this dry cleaners as they did a good job. However the last two months I?ve had two items dry cleaned here and sorely disappointed. The first item, a trench coat of mine was not ready on time and the quality of my trench coat looked misshapen & whatever they used to clean it made the trench coat way too soft and look older quality and poor quality to what it was - the lady dry cleaning complained in an exhausted how many times she?d cleaned it to get a mark out, this was not a heavy stain. the second item was exactly the same outcome. Not only that, the woman was still dry cleaning my item on the day of confirmed collection. She expressed herself of all that was wrong in an overwhelmed manner - poor customer service. The young girl working there currently was clearly untrained with her job as she couldn?t find my item when I went to collect it and wasn?t exactly professional at all whilst calculating at the till. She also stated she?d been left on her own and clearly wasn?t happy about it. Worse still, two times I attempted to collect my item and they had closed super early due to staff shortages. They left a note on the door to let customers know of this which wasn?t helpful as I?d made the journey there to collect my item of which I needed that day. The staff are clearly not as competent as the staff used to be and or terribly poorly managed and or paid in addition. I do not recommend this dry cleaners anymore.

Not great. Dropped 3 items off, 1 blazer and 2 tops. I stated that there were 2 stains on the blazer when I dropped it off. The lady said they would put soap on them but didnt really look at where I pointed to and made no note on the system. I was told id be called when they were ready on Saturday, I didnt receive a call. I collected today (Monday) from a different lady and was just handed the items with no mention of the stains. When I got to my car I thought id check and both stains were still there. I went back in to ask if they would have been looked at to which I was told ''Oh yes they would have''... In all honestly I don't think they were looked at. I appreciate that not all stains can be removed but there was no communication at the point of collecting which makes me feel like they went even looked at. Simple note on the system and better communication is all that was needed. Wouldn't go back.

Their clothing adjustment part of the business is very good .... I had a pair of trousers modified so as to have belt loops added ( not a big job ) but the result was super professional ... can recommend.Service: Alterations

Escort dry cleaners destroyed my suit that was just a couple of months old. I wear a suit on a daily basis and have never had a dry cleaners wreck a suit before. This was the first time I had used this company and there will not be a repeat occurrance! I have been paid a token payment for the jacket but have never been compensated for the rest of the suit, which cost me a lot of money. They have blamed the manufacturers of my suit and will not put their hands up to having done any wrong. I have since heard from friends that they have had similar experiences with this company. Save yourself the trouble of negotiating with this company for a replacement suit and use ANY other dry cleaner than this one!
