Went into the store to upgrade. Started the process. They said there was an error with the system and they need to fill out a form and it will take 48 hours to complete. Worst customer service I?ve ever had. No one was remotely Interested in helping at all. All they wanted was for us to leave. They also said no one will be able to upgrade you for at least 48 hours. That was a lie. I went home called EE and I am now upgraded. Pathetic people in the store
