50% of the roof on our property is a flat roof. The constructed was plywood/felt. As with all properties that conform to modern standards, condensation accumulates from heating systems, drying cloths and general living. This for us reached the loft area and had no exit point. This over time rotted the boards, causing them to de-laminate and mold was present. Empire Roofing inspected the situation and recommended OSB boarding with vents placed between the joists. We have been very impressed with the professionalism, skill, timekeeping and costs throughout the entire job. Highly Recommended
