We have used EGKandB for a complete refit of our kitchen, two bathrooms and cloakroom.The team are exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.What has most impressed us however is their fantastic aftersales service. Inevitably (in both cases after 10 years!) we needed to replace two products and Keith and Claire were brilliant in helping us source replacements - in both cases without revenue to themselves.

Sometimes even with meticulous planning major refurbishments to your old house such as a kitchen can throw up unexpected problems. I cant speak highly enough of Bill and his team, who displayed a level of dedication and professionalism rarely seen these days. They saved me thousands of pounds whilst adapting and resolving unforeseen issues. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Very friendly and helpful team who helped us completely redesign our bathroom, providing us with ideas and solutions to problems, even helping with the co-ordination of wall and floor finishes. They offer a wide range of good quality products so there was plenty for us to choose from and everything was delivered on time. We are delighted with our finished bathroom and going back now for our next project !

Very friendly and helpful staff who understand what you want. Wish I had brought all my required fittings from them previously as I have recently had to replace items that clearly were not good quality when I had bought more locally. Would definitely now make the extra journey for better quality, advice and service.

We have used this firm for 3 new bathrooms. Quite happy. But be very wary of after-warranty services. We feel their charges then are dubious/questionable/unreasoaneble. Charged around £187 for what was needed was two rubber rings on a sink outlet. Entire unit replaced without consultation ... claiming that bad damage to unit requiring new one. Photo evidence provided weeks later when job queried. Rubbish! Think so-called damage was more likely incurred post-work or by poor workanship.

Last summer we decided to replace our bathroom and so went on a tour of the local Bathroom Showrooms. We had the choice of spending a lot of money on 'ordinary' sanitary and bath ware or just spending a lot of money. EGB and K gave us the choices and options no one else could offer us. It was never too much trouble to ask for anything or take something home to see what it looked like in our surroundings. The staff are so helpful and very knowledgeable of the products that they sell. Prices are very competitive with anywhere else you may care to look. I have just asked for a quote from EGB and K for replacing the items in our downstairs cloakroom as there's no point wasting time by looking elsewhere.
