Very happy with a reasonably priced puncture repair on a tyre whilst I was running on a space saver, and they swapped out the space saver unbidden. Quick and efficient.

Incredibly rude.Called up to get a price on a tyre as I have a puncture. Wanted to know the price for part worn, new budget and new premium so I could weigh up my options and come to an informed decision.No part worn in stock in correct size so asked for price on budget option - no problem.Asked for price on Michelin PS4 (already on vehicle) and was greeted with ?Nooo I?m not doing that, you?ve asked for second hand, then budget and now top of the range!? In an aggressive tone.How about spend the extra 30 seconds it takes you to quote a price and let me decide how I wish to spend my money.
