4th time recieved a delivery with an item missing, not sure why they let this keep happening quite frustrating to then wait for the missing item to be delivered.

Well , how can I start?
2 slices of pizza were margaritas ( no topping on it) .
On other slices was just jalapeños on it.
Considering we ordered 2 different half, I ended up having 2 slices of the pizza I ordered.
This is not nice at all!

Food was cold when it arrived and the delivery driver said if I order again he will not come cause he doesn?t get paid enough to come to the outskirts of your 5 mile radius (we live on the road opposite the boarder of the radius). We?ve been ordering from this branch for decades and have always had a pleasant experience with the delivery drivers whom have never displayed any issue with delivering to us, but this one clearly had an attitude problem for doing his job? really disappointed, maybe don?t have him delivering anymore unless it?s down the road for him.

Contacted Dominos in East Grinstead this evening as I have just moved to the area and sadly, the East Grinstead branch doesn't offer 'Double Decadence'
As a result I have had to go go out of the town, which is a bit of an inconvenience to me but, the only reason me and my guests order this is for the double decadence.
I am not too sure if this is a franchise and the owner cannot be bothered to offer this elite product or if they are uneducated in how to prepare the pizzas in Double Decadence,
The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was kind enough, and courteous, it is a huge shame that my business now cannot proceed with this local business.
*Advice to those looking to have the iconic 'Double Decadence' base*
Answer: head into Pound Hill (12 min from East Grinstead)
Answer 2: go to any other dominoes restaurant, I have been up the country and always used dominoes and this particular branch is the only one that doesn't offer their iconic product.

Set a different delivery address for an order, pre-ordered for 6pm. Opened front door at 6:30pm to find it sat in our driveway stone cold. Phoned the store, whoever I spoke to was rude and dismissive, started arguing with me that I was in the wrong despite an order confirmation email specifically saying I had put a different, correct delivery address. When I stood my ground they proceeded to laugh at me, ask me for the address of where the order should actually be delivered to, said a driver would go there and then hung up on me with no mention of collecting the order or delivering a new order. Waiting to see what happens and will be chasing a refund.

Warning do not use Domino's pizza East Grinstead as Domino's have been giving out card information to other Domino's and setting up iPhone payments which in the last three days three authorised payments have been made and the bank have confirmed it was done by Domino's East Grinstead so if your going to go there it's best to pay in cash as the fraud team are now investigating as this isn't the first time that it has happened as it's also happened to other HSBC customers so be careful so if you have used them within the last month it's best to check your bank statements and get in contact with HSBC or you bank.

Absolutely shocking, food turned up cold and boxes squashed, sauce had run over sides of box and all over dips, bacon under cooked as well,seriously not impressed by this as we had spent a lot of money ?

Ordered pizza 2 hours ago said it was out for delivery and then said it had been delivered. After waiting for 2 hours and in the mean time actually going up the store to ask where it is I go back home and it turned up. Pizza, chicken wings and garlic dipper bread was all cold. Never had problem before but for some reason they have gone down hill and I wont be using them again. Staff where not that happy to help and didn't really seemed bothered about the service they have given
