Literally the worst ?pharmacy? on Earth. There is NEVER a pharmacist around, literally 10/10 there has never been a pharmacist there, no matter what day or time you go in, therefore ?they cannot dispense medicines?. Isn?t that the entire point of a pharmacy, to dispense medicines???? Staggering.

My elderly parents have their medication delivered and are very happy with the service. The pharmacy will phone them if an item is out of stock or if the delivery is delayed. Brilliant pharmacy to deal with.

I have found with a physical prescription, they are able to fill either on the day or with in 3 days
However I have found with electronic prescripts, they are not able to do these within a reasonable timeframe. I get the prescription approved 10 days before I need to collect the medication. I found even with this notice it would be left. So I started to call after 3 days to ensure they know I will be coming to collect it. Still giving 7 days notice. This didn't work either, they were only able to give me some medication not all of it, as they do not have enough in stock.
My experience has been that either they do not know or their system in place does not manage the stock levels effectively with online prescriptions. Or they do not have enough people to handle the amount of prescriptions.
My sister was trying to have a conversation to explain that the prescription label was incorrect, the pharmacist just walked away whilst she was speaking. It was only after calling the GP surgery whilst in the pharmacy, that they realised they were printing the old information and not the updated information.

They never answer the phone !! It just riiiiiings & riiiiiings when I?m trying to find out if my prescription is ready to pick up or not, because they don?t send a text like every other pharmacy does!

What an excellent pharmacy! Loads of, very attentive, staff. I have a repeat prescription, and, every time I call up, I?m greeted with a cheery response and helpful comments.

I bought Calpol SixPlus Suspension and it was advertised on the shelf as £4.50, they charged me £6.01. Interesting.

On Saturday morning I called in as was drying in the hotel opposite and had mislaid my important medication. Asked to speak to the Pharmacist explained my issue and without any fuss or hesitation she looked up me details and issued an emergency pack for me. I was very grateful for her time and help when she was obviously busy with her regular medication issues. Many thanks to her such a superstar and wonderful lady.
