The service was great nice cakes.
Had an old guy in the corner that looked like a tramp with all his bags.
Always find Costa coffee a bit bitter but that's personal taste.

I came in with my family and daughter last Saturday and ordered a large chai tea latte and my daughter had got a baby chino however it?s called, a Indian lady had messed my order up whilst speaking with an attitude and had sworn towards me and her employee with black hair and tattoos who looked like she was being bullied and uncomfortable. But the service from the girl with black hair was really nice and she kept apologising for her collages behaviour and foul language 2/5 for Costa the drink was really nice but service on the other hand was unprofessional and Disgraceful!!!!!!

While having my coffee a worker called yoshodo I believe, shouted at an employee and before that she was rather rude. Costa need to do better?

I?ve been to quite a few costas recently (good old maternity leave) and I usually have a sugar free cinnamon bun latte - I know Costa offer this so ordered it and was met with a very rude ?we don?t have that, it?s sugar version only? bit surprised I said ?oh I?ve been to a few costas and they have it? and responded with ?well we don?t?. Just thought it was a very rude interaction that wasn?t necessary? ordered a sugar free caramel latte instead - the coffee was burnt/bitter and it was 1/3 just foam? I paid for a medium and basically got a small with a tonne of foam. Incredibly disappointed - Caffè Nero in EG will get my custom going forwards.

Id say the drinks are slightly on the pricier side but the inside is nice and the staff are friendly

I have seldom been to a Costa with more miserable, slow staff. I stood at the counter for 7 minutes before I asked one of the two men who were chatting to serve me. With a raised eyebrow he condescended to take my order. I received tea instead of coffee and when I remonstrated was told not to shout (I wasn?t) I was thrown a cup of black coffee and when I asked for milk I accidentally spilled a couple of drops on the floor. The look on the girls face said it all. The customer next to me also complained about the slow service he said ?it?s always like this in here?. Honestly the worst place I have been to in ages. The toilets were clean as was the shop but the staff were plain awful.

I went to this costa after work about 18:10 and got told I can?t have a cold frappe as he?s cleaned the fridge. If the costa cafe is open till 19:00 there should be a notice that last orders is an hour before they shut. Never have I had a bad experience in Costa but this is the worst I?ve been to. Multiple other times I have noticed they clean the machines and have a take a way cup with shots of coffee in and pour that into drinks when they don?t want to use the machine because they cleaned it. Absolutely terrible

Furniture reminds you of a cheap cafe rather than a ni e relaxing coffee shop. Coffee was a bit tepid as well. Staff nice and friendly tho. Wish I had gone to the Nero up the road.

Costa provides a good standard wherever you go and this shop is no different. Good range of food and drinks and the staff were very good. A super place to break your day.
