Store in need of refurbishment. Water leak with a massive bucket under it full to the top. Looks tired and un-loved, half the store was empty. Only one member of staff working on a Saturday.

Visited carpet right in east grinstead, just enquire what carpets are best to have for my living room (I wanted a thick soft one) I spoke to a young lady called millie she was very helpful. Knowledgeable and friendly, I appreciated all her time she took to walk me through the steps of how the process works and the different types of carpet that would be best suited for me, keep up the good work, will be back again soon

My wife visited with a friend last week and came home singing the praises of the member of staff who served her.Millie couldn't have been more helpful, exploring all the options and working hard to identify the best solution. She obviously got the sale for the flooring in two rooms. Millie is a credit to her store and deserves a huge amount of praise for her service.
