I visit this branch very occasionally visiting from overseas. A couple of years ago bought an electric razor which had attachments missing (after a long delay with collection - so I?m guessing it was known), today was charged for 2x electric toothbrush heads instead of the one I bought. Perhaps the latter was an honest mistake and I can?t return to get a refund (and may not be believed anyway) but would suggest you check your receipt and any items thoroughly before leaving the shop. Otherwise the staff were actually helpful and it?s decent, hence the average rating.

Dreadful staff, lack basic customer service skills, Just paid, was not greeted, not thanked, whilst the 2 cashiers continued to discuss a customer that had just left the store.

A disgrace of a store, shut their pharmacy counter everyday for an hour, with a crappy little sign. Imagine the staff members delight who ignored me for 10 minutes only to be delighted to point out the sign rather than serve me.

Chaotic and long queues just to collect already prepared prescription medicines.
There is also a lunch break, when the pharmacy is completely closed for an hour. It is not mentioned in the 'opening hours' on any website.
That is what lack of competition does, probably.

Never had any problems until today, went up to two members of staff, explained I had a medical condition, which requires me to need urgent access to a toilet.
To be told toilets aren't for members of the public, and go go elsewhere.
For one this was embarrassing, and both discriminative if I wanted to use another establishments toilet I'd of gone there, but my health requires urgent access to the toilet which I was denied, and why I went into boots was because it was the nearest shop to me.
This blows my mind that such a place as boots deny people with hidden disabilities use to there toilets, where as a big chain such as tx maxx allowed me to use there staff toilets.
Words really do need to be had and some eyes need opening to this, not acceptable at all to allowing people to access there needs.

The most unhelpful pharmacy staff. I feel sorry for the people who come here for one off advice or urgent medication or even repeat prescription. I waited 50 minutes.
I must say, the non pharmacy staff and the manager were somewhat reasonable and helpful. But the pharmacy people (miss Romana and her male supervisor) made me feel discriminated against and they would not help in a situation where other boots pharmacies had no issues being helpful in the past (one day emergency supply of non dangerous prescription med for which they made me wait 50 minutes)
They are supposed to help people, not make them even worse than their condition is already making them

This is the worst pharmacy in this area . I went to check my blood pressure ( there is notice ) . First day said this is closing time I went there 1 hr before the closing time . Then second I went 1.15 pm , I was asked to wait 10 minutes very rude manner. She is she a pharmacist not wearing a uniform. She came to after 15 minutes and 1.35 pm and it will take long time I need to go to lunch break 2 pm ( time was 1.35pm ) . I can?t do now come again . I tried to talk to manager Kelly , she was unprofessional and said you need to go to medical centre. Basically Boots as company say they advertise they do free blood pressure, but these lazy rude and unprofessional employees don?t want to do . Please don?t give your money this store . All pharmacy staff is rude and unprofessional.. I can see store manager m?s friends and family reviewing with 5 stars once we reviewed . This is quite funny and unprofessional as that?s not real . ?

Wish I could give negative stars. The pharmacy never sends texts whan prescriptions are ready, we have to chase via phone to find out. Most of the time they cant be bothered to answer the phone, I have raised complaints to boots customer service on 3 occasions - nothing changes :( I have several colleagues and neighbours who have the same issues - VERY POOR SERVICE -

I am a 36 year old woman. I Visited the store today with a friend and our 3 teenage girls and toddler on hip. We are well dressed, hard working and fully functioning members of society. We browsed the make up and skin care stuff. Now, I know he has a job to do but from the moment we entered the store we were singled out and followed by the Male Security Guard. All of us, as we browsed together and the girls went off to look at stuff. He followed us all, for at least 15minutes. Making us all feel very uncomfortable.
Upon paying for chosen items I mentioned it to the lovely cashier who told her manager. The Manager was extremely condescending and doubted us. I suggested she look at the cctv and left. Won't be going back to shop in a store where they treat you with such unnecessary suspicion. The girls had a horrible experience in what should have been a fun make up shop! They need a lesson in customer service.

So rude!
I went to collect a prescription and there were 3 ladies behind the prescription desk. There was no one else in the queue, I waited several minutes (listening to them laughing and joking) but then my son became unsettled so I said 'ezcise me can someone please help' to then have one of them shout 'we're busy' and they all giggle!
I was left to wait for several more minutes while they continued laughing and joking!
When I was served the lady was abrupt and rude.
Really disappointing, and upsetting!

Very poor service have only got my prescription correct once they even throw my repeats in the bin and said do you really need them so I will be changing pharmacy again and go without two off my important meds till I go to the doctors to sort their mess out
