This is the second time I experienced this. I always buy Krispy Kreme original glazed donuts(3 pack) for 4.45 but this one cashier adamantly charges me 6.95 instead which is for the mixed donuts three pack. Other cashiers have kindly explained the difference which is reflected by the options available on their system when selecting the cost. It doesn?t make sense to pay so much as the cost of the original donuts multiplied by 3 is still lesser than 6.95 and that baffles me.
The most unfortunate matter here is that the human factor of listening to the concerns of a customer and doing their best to clarify things is just not there.
I didn?t put one star because all the other staff have been very kind and fair to me!

Unfortunately, the human factor is what has left much to be desired. When I go to return the shower key, the woman who ?attended me? and I say that because she ignored me when it was my turn to simply return my car key, ignored me and went off to do other things outside the premises that clearly It's just giving me back the key, I go back to stand in line with her again and she was not able to give me the key. I think there is simply the racism factor and I say since the woman was wearing her veil because of her Muslim relationship and many of those women did not care. it's funny Europeans talk about adaptation, inclusion and a thousand things but then go employees

The girl working in there this evening was a gem. She was polite and went the extra mile to make my bad day broken down much better. She deserves a pay rise. I should have got her name. God bless girl.
