We have come back after few months, they have changed the staff and the new team as great as the previous one. Very welcoming and sincere in their service. Had a wonderful experience. We used to go to Wagamama Reigate as that?s closer to our place but the staff there are awe-full. Big shout out to team Crawley!

Had a great experience at Wagamama! Our waiter, Ruben, was absolutely amazing ? attentive, kind, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. His service made the visit extra special. Thank you, Ruben!

We were pulled in by the music playing and I'm definitely glad we stopped, the food was amazing and filling, our server Lee was wonderful and made us feel comfortable during our meal.

I've placed an order for collection at 20.40. After arriving at the restaurant to collect my order is not even on the system and I am now waiting for a rush order to be cooked, on my wifes birthday. Also the staff have offered me no hospitality for the inconvenience. Shocking

Staff were brilliant, extremely accommodating to our family and peanut allergy was handled perfectly by manager and kitchen staff. Really tasty food, will definitely be back soon, thank you!

Good service, lovely food. Only downfall is that Wagamama's hates the NHS and doesn't allow NHS discount on the weekends.

First time ordering from this place. First off the order received was wrong the steak dish was supposed to be roti?. The chicken and shrimp was very good. Wish I had ordered just the shrimp as the chicken was okay but not great. Since i had the steak I tried it and it was not nice at all. Was grateful that was not the dish i ordered ?.

I had a lovely time here! Manni provided amazing service for us and captured our hearts and minds with his hospitality and uplifting spirit. He made great food recommendations and consistently checked in on us to ensure we were enjoying our food. A great spot!
