Horrible service!! Tricking conditions of contract!! The member staff who lie to you before signing contracts with them!! Managers who tell you We will call you to resolve your enquiry and never do! Zero Stars!! Never ever again i want to use Vodaphone, they disgrace their name with ignorance and unprofessional behavior to their customers ! No recommend to anyone!!

Went in today and was helped by Max. He was genuinely awesome and cannot thank him enough for his help today. He's an absolute credit to Vodafone and probably would not have renewed our contracts had it not been for his expert advice. He was not pushy and very personable. Would definitely recommend!

I was new to Vodafone and trusted them, but they abused my trust. I clearly stated from the beginning that I work from home, have a broadband WiFi connection, and will only use mobile data on rare occasions. However, they enrolled me in expensive contracts to sell me mobile data that I never actually used. This continued for years until I finally returned to them and explicitly expressed my frustration at being deceived. Despite this, they enrolled me in another expensive contract, albeit slightly cheaper. The fact that they hid the existence of a "pay as you go" plan further confirms that Vodafone is an untrustworthy company. If this is not considered fraud, then what would qualify as such?

My son Rohit had a positive experience at the Vodafone Crawley branch this afternoon. Shyam warmly welcomed him, efficiently addressed his query, and, despite not having his personal phone and credit card, he sought assistance from his manager, Ben. Both Shyam and Ben exhibited brilliant customer service with a smile, successfully resolving his refund request. Rohit really appreciated their professionalism and Ben's sense of humor added a delightful touch to the interaction. This exceptional experience at the Vodafone Crawley branch has left a lasting memory for him. I will definitely recommend friends and family to visit, as Shyam and Ben's fantastic customer service deserves recognition from Vodafone. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made the interaction memorable, and I believe acknowledging their efforts would be beneficial for the branch.

The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I was in the store for around 2 min before being seen and left the store roughly 30min later with new broadband coming my way. Everything can be dealt with in store, no need to call a phone number and wait ages. Everything was seemless and after a long day with 2 very hyperactive children, it was one stress that they made sure I didn't need. Very pleased with the staff and the product!

Fantastic service at Vodafone. Crawley. I had a number of queries with my mobile and broadband contract and installation. The customer service initially with Ben and then Max was exemplary. They certainly far exceeded any customer care I had received at other network shops. I fully recommend anyone , especially those who, like me are nervous of technology , to go to Vodafone, Crawley.

Went there after help with a Vodafone smart sim, staff friendly enough but had no clue about the smart sim.Said they had not sold something like that for 8-10yrs, this was a brand new sim supplied with a new dash cam

Getting billed after disconnecting and paying the final bill. Never again coming back to use their services
