I had a very good experience when I visited Vision Express in Crawley this week, Manpreet spent a very long time helping me choose some new glasses. I really struggle to find glasses that will fit me as I have a wide bridge so most glasses mark my nose. Manpreet was very patient with me, she got me to try on lots of different styles and sizes of frames and gave me her honest opinion on each pair. We eventually agreed that the keyhole bridge worked best for me. Manpreet then told me about the Eyecare plan that vision Express are doing at the moment and showed me how the transition glasses work, we ended up choosing 2 pairs of Ray-ban frames that suited me the best and fitted me well, one pair transition to sunglasses too, it was a very good deal on the eyecare plan.
Thank you for all your help Manpreet, it?s very much appreciated and not the first time you have helped me choosing glasses. I will definitely come back here and thinking of changing my son who wears glasses over to this optician?s too.

I recently visited the Vision Express in Crawley and I experienced one of the best services ever there. The doctor was very very kind and friendly towards me and made me feel like home. And the staff member, Manpreet, was such a lovely person. She helped us throughout the whole time choosing the best glasses, telling us the goods and bads of them giving us the best recommendations which actually worked for me!
I really recommend this place to anyone without a single hesitation!

Very friendly, efficient and professional staff. Especially Sapeeña and Manpreet. Sapeeña explained in details about my vision and eyes and was very patient in replying to my queries and concerns.
Manpreet helped me with selection of frames and lenses and discussed in details of the options available in lenses as well as advised about the best options suitable to me for my visit Sion condition. Very helpful and customer friendly. I would definitely recommend this store to all my friends and family for their needs for glasses.

Sapeena is a credit to the team. I?ve seen her for my last few vision tests and she?s always been friendly yet professional.
I did have a wait at reception to book in for my appointment while several staff saw me waiting. That was the only downside of the appointment.
