I have been booking holidays with Claire at Tui in Crawley for many years. Her wealth of knowledge is second to none and she is so patient and kind. She listens to everything we require in a holiday and has many suggestions of hotels etc to fit our needs. I would not use anyone else as Claire just makes booking our annual holiday hassle free and a complete joy. She is always so enthusiastic and always makes sure that the hotels we use have everything that we require. Well done Claire for always making the time to help us book the perfect holiday. Highly recommend popping in and booking face to face. I've booked my seats and extras which I wouldn't have thought of doing until nearer the time of my holiday. Very helpful and enjoyable experience. Will definitely book with Stacey on future trips away.

What a rude, unhelpful bunch, we weren't told the rooms we asked for were in completely different buildings so our daughter and children were on their own. The staff were disrespectful and had no intention of helping sort out this mess even though they admitted they knew this was the case when we booked this holiday last year. Very disappointed with their attitude

I went in and got booked my family of 14 with agent Hannah who was absolutely brilliant finding a brilliant holiday at a brilliant price.Nothing was a problem and Hannah went the extra extra mile to find a wonderful holiday .I strongly recommend you go In and experience the care and helpfulness in arranging your holiday .Tui matches the online price too .I will always go in and book my holidays with this amazing agency. Excellent experience. I was looking for a last minute all inclusive face to face walking store and always think of TUI. I stayed in Menorca, first time ever, and had a my holiday to suit my needs. Traveling solo as a single woman this was the perfect destination I felt safe at all times and enjoyed my beautiful studio flat with sea views, open night sky views, and glorious sunsets! All inclusive awesome!
