Rachael was incredibly helpful when I went into branch regarding a closed account. Honestly, I was dreading the experience based on previous bank experiences, but the whole process was straightforward and I was in and out in no time. Thank you!

It was my first time at TSB and I went in to this branch to open an account. The staff took some photocopies of my address and identity documents and told me that he would open my account and send me a confirmation over email. I was surprised since I didn't have to do anything else like fill a form, etc., and was actually pleased with TSB's service.
So why just the one star?
I never received any email (mostly 'cause the staff never took my email id), however, a couple of months later, a closed TSB account is showing up on my credit report.
Overall, I am happy that my TSB account got closed even before it was opened, whatever the circumstances may have been.
