Great town centre location near 3 min walk to Crawley town centre. Close to many restaurants, Indian, Thai, KFC, Peri Peri etc. Free parking next door (enter your reg at reception) ten min drive to Gatwick Airport.
Ten minute walk to train (Crawley) station - which we used to get to Brighton (40m) on train.
I have to say every member of staff I encountered were so professional and went out of their way to assist myself. From revalidating my key card, to the kitchen lady telling me more mushrooms and bacon were coming.
Asking reception for a hairdryer and additional toiletries nothing was any trouble for this team.
If any organisation wants to see how to provide first class customer service then stay here. It?s a budget hotel but with 5 star service, well done Travelodge Crawley.

Really rude? i make my payment but not allowed me to get in my room ?. Was asking apologies about the smoking cuz i didn?t know about that is just because we smoke in the room she kick us out? She could come and tell us to do not do it again ? she came and said we gave 10 minutes to go how come u been like this to help i paid with my money u doing like that ???so horrible don?t require any of my friends to go there very bad
