Ordered a brand-new brush cutter, but was given one that had clearly been used ? torn packaging, scratched parts, signs of assembly. Complained and was sent a replacement. Went to collect it, and unbelievably, that one was used too ? damaged box held together with gaffer tape. The store supervisor opened it and immediately agreed it wasn?t new. I was refunded for that in store.
Because of all this, I returned the battery I?d bought at the same time on Friday 11th July. It?s now Wednesday 16th July, and I?m still waiting for the refund. I emailed customer support, but no response.
After years of shopping with Toolstation, I won?t be using them again.

I went to tool station ask for help and a lady with tattoos would not help me I said I can?t see and she said look at the book sad that customer service is getting poor. But I will soon get in touch with the ceo and make sure they sort their staff out I come away with nothing after 5miles

Toolstation have increased all their prices 8 days early. When i asked about it i was told i could refuse and leave.

Worst service i received today by Assistant manager and the sales Assistant(dont want to mention the names . Bought a faulty item and try to refund or exchange to another. There were accused me that i had taken one item from the box. Finally it went to customer service to proof that i am right(almost one hour) . I had video recording as well with GDPR incase any legal challenge for their behaviours . I hope they will treat the customer well in the future.

I have been shopping in the Crawley branch for at least 8 years now as a contractor and this year since new staff is is place , things going very slowly and sometimes seeing us in there waiting they really take their time to come and serve .

All staff are very lovely and helpful people who work really well and efficiently. The management team are amazing! Even when they?re understaffed they do such a great job. was really helpful telling me what screws and wall plugs I need for my shelf today for a good price too :)

This is really a shout to a member of staff who does Toolstation proud, I?m pretty sure her name is Carole but I could be wrong. She is fast and efficient, and today whilst already serving a customer, she remembered both myself and a customer before me by face/name to serve us both our click and collect orders in amidst the morning chaos.... cracking service!
