Ordered a brand-new brush cutter, but was given one that had clearly been used — torn packaging, scratched parts, signs of assembly. Complained and was sent a replacement. I went to tool station ask for help and a lady with tattoos would not help me I said I can’t see and she said look at the book sad that customer service is getting poor. But I will soon get in touch with the ceo and make sure they sort their staff out I come away with nothing after 5miles

Toolstation have increased all their prices 8 days early. When i asked about it i was told i could refuse and leave.
