Nothing special, bit of a mad Mish mash trying to fit so much into the tiny store. Maybe relocating it would do it justice?

Not as cheap as you'd think but not as much like a jumble sale shop anymore like you'd think either, NOT BAD.

Nice and affordable stuff. I only buy a travel bag. Had a look around and saw some designer bags, very nice and affordable.

Bought three items today in Crawley TKMax, one being a liquid soap. Left the store and did some more shopping in town. The soap leaked out ruining the other two items. I returned to the store and told them what had happened. They couldn?t have been more helpful, replaced everything without question and were so kind and helpful. It makes such a difference, 10/10 for customer service. So well done. Thank you. Gilly

They then said that its for people in wheelchairs not other customers? I

A 50 year old man, buying a few bits and bobs, including 6 novelty chocolate liquor's ( £2.50) refused at point of sale as my 15 year old son was standing with me , the rational being , quote ' you could be buying them for him ! '
I'll keep it simple , your an idiot , you shouldn't be customer facing with such a lack of understanding and basic abilities to read a situation , my son actually felt embarrassed for you ... i didnt , you wasted my time and you lost a much bigger value sale , which you actually seemed to relish .. Failed uni students with no life skills are not the way TK Maxx
