We went there to get photo for Schengen visa. It was for Belgium country. We mentioned everything to the person who took photograph. He did but one of our photo rejected in center since it was with teeth. We paid at the center again to get it done. It was double efforts for us in terms of money and efforts. I feel that shop should follow strict guidelines from visa centre's or should make their process up to date with visa centre?s. Apart from this, it was a good experience and quick for us. Thank you for doing that.

I took my watch in for a new battery which had to be sent away. I needed it back fairly quickly and I was assured it would be. Ashley in the shop kept me updated and kept a check on its progress. He called me as soon as it was back in store to collect. Very helpful and very efficient member of staff. A credit to Timpsons. Well done Ashley.

I went into the store today and received excellent customer service. Ashely was in charge and did a great job of cutting my key and explaining the additional services Timspon provide including repairs to phones etc. He is a great asset to the company and it is a well run store.

I went there to have a passport photo taken. The photos were very well taken, but I wasn?t quite happy with my expression in them (I?m a bit picky), so I went back a few days later to see what could be done. I was assisted by Peter, and he was so friendly and helpful. He sorted the photos out for me, and now, thanks to him, I am very happy with them.The service at this shop is so good, and the staff so friendly and good at their job. I forget the guys name who took the pictures the first day, but he was also fantasticThanks Timpson, and thanks Peter!

Visited here today, 15th September, needed to get visa photos. The young guy that served us, Sam, was extremely efficient and polite. All done and dusted very quickly. Would highly recommend here for any service they provide, shoe repairs, key cutting and more.
