Recently joined this Church as my home group with my son and we've been instantly welcomed into the community with open arms. Felt instant connection and warmth and love, as you'd expect from any church but this one in particular. Newly Christians, so very grateful for the people who have made us feel so apart of the church and community already X X X

.y experience here was a very upsetting and traumatic one. This was way back in 1992 when I was very young and vulnerble. My then land lady was a member of this church and invited me to an evening service and meeting. I was made to feel very unwelcome and met the most hostile and anti catholic vitoril by members of this church. It was also what would have been a serious breach of safe guarding of vulnerable adults in the community. I had previously been sill a couple of years before and untill this upset by this church I had previously been. making really good progress in my recovery. Thanks to the very damaging, hurtful and spiritual negative and anticatholic things said to me by members of the church and what was said to me and how I unfortunately became very unwell again and the progress I had been making totally destroyed. deteriorated. No one has the right to ever force their beliefs unto another human being and Def not under the guise of "evangalising'" which it was not. No one ever has the right to ram their beliefs or say it in such a way as to cause fear alarm and distress. I don't owe an explaination or a reason why THAzt is strictly private and confidential and none of this church or its members business. Leave vulnerable people alone and respect other people right and choice to their beliefs and their own personal right to safe and strong spiritual boundarys.!
