I wanted to ask something and I'm standing there while one of them is having a great conversation with two people and the other is packing something. Then a lady comes in and she starts chatting warmly with her. I stand by and wait. Then it was too stupid for me and I went out. Gossiping is more important than serving customers.

On 29 December 2023, I visited this store and asked for a perfume but the lady replied very rudely. The staff at this shop is very rude. I waited for 10 minutes and the ladies were talking to each other. Terrible team and management.

I had one of the worst shopping experiences of my life from a woman named Heidy, who is also, she claims, the manager. This review it?s based on this experience and it?s the pure truth. Here's the tale:On the 19th of December 2023, I intended to buy perfumes for my family as Christmas presents when I went to the store in Crawley. When the woman in front of me was served, Heidy asked other people if they needed assistance, even though it was my turn as I was waiting in queue. Since I was next in queue, I apologised and said, "I was sorry, but I was wondering if you had Chanel classic and how much it is." Heidy responded, "It starts at 71, but let me serve these people right now." I pull back and wait patiently for my turn. As I was waiting, I decided to make my own personalised ribbon after seeing the ribbon printing machine. I made my ribbon and waited once more. Ms. Heidy removed the ribbons from the machine, and I told her, "The one with V? is mine," noticing that she appeared confused with two ribbons. She responded in an extremely hostile manner, asking if I had paid for the ribbon and telling me not to use the machine. No, of course, that is why I am waiting here, I replied. She went on to say that I should get her permission before using the computer. I respond, "But excuse me?why are you just challenging me when the people in front of me did the same?" I also informed her that she had been speaking to me rudely from the beginning and that she had avoided serving me during my run by jumping to other people instead. Then she begins to argue with me, saying that since she is the manager, she will not help me. She speaks in a very aggressive and provocative manner and never stops grinning sarcastically. Experiencing extreme frustration, I cursed her as I was leaving. My temper flares up. I am not happy that I cursed her, but she deserved it since she treated me like a piece of scum and not a human being as we all are.Please do not let people like Ms. Heidy work for such a great company and even worse, do not put them in a position where they can act as though they own the company.My only day off before Christmas was that day, as I am working as emergency worker, and instead of organising my shopping and enjoying a wonderful day, I wasted it going to your store where I experienced extreme discrimination. I am wondering if Ms. Heidy is not also racist and that she found a good place to practise in your store, after reading the negative reviews left by foreign customers on Google about their experiences in your Crawley store. I must warn people not to visit this store when this woman is inside if they wish to avoid being mistreated.Best wishes everyone!

I was served on Friday November 3rd in the Crawley Store by a delightful lady called Rhiannon. So knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble, went over and beyond to answer my questions. Such a credit to your Company.

I had a fantastic experience being served by Kat. She was absolutely. Williams and helped me not only with which perfume but also the best desk. I praise Kat for her customer service, her knowledge of the perfumes and her general helpfulness. I will definitely go back. Also there is an enormous range of perfumes of all prices.

Went in there just to have a quick look at perfumes 20mins before closing time staff did not even acknowledge my presence & a Indian lady was speaking to her colleague about how customers walk in before closing time & Making rude remarks made me feel very unwelcome & the customer service is terrible
