Went in to get a bottle of perfume which was originally £100. The two lovely ladies working there price matched it online for me at £85 off of their own backs which was just so lovely! Would very much recommend??

When my husband was purchasing this aftershave at the Fragrance Shop in Crawley, the sales person said he could have a 25% discount if he signed up to a TFS Membership. When he went to pay, the cost of the aftershave came to £93.75 when he was expecting it to be £78.75. When he queried this, she said the aftershave size he wanted was £120. Whilst my husband took a moment to think, she said ?you won?t get it cheaper anywhere else?, so he made the purchase, thinking that he had been mistaken with the amount he?d originally heard and trusting the sales assistant. There was no receipt in the bag so he assumed it would be emailed, though she never asked him how he wanted the receipt and if she had, he would have chosen paper. When we checked our emails when we got home, we saw that the price of the aftershave was £105 and a ?joining fee? of £15 had been applied. At no time did the sales assistant tell him that there was a joining fee and we have subsequently found out that this is an annual fee which we would have been debited next year had we not checked out the website. We don?t buy perfume and aftershave very often and would never have signed up to anything if we had known there was a fee. Had the sales assistant not lied to him, he would have walked away without buying to think about it and seen that it was cheaper to buy online elsewhere. Blatant miss selling by this member of staff. We don?t live in Crawley and do not wish to make a special trip to return to the store to complain, but when we are next there, we will be expressing our complaint to her in person.

I had the best experience with what I think is the manager of the shop whilst returning a perfume. She was so helpful and kind and I just wanted to say thank you again for being so helpful towards me. I?ll definitely be shopping there again!

. I have returned at store in crawley on 21st Jan and called many times customer service and email so many times until now I have not received my refund ..I am very disappointed again .. on 8th Feb customer service Lady told me that you will get refund in 48 hour but didn't get any thing, then again I email on 10th Feb and got reply you will get refund in 5 days .. today is 14th I called and lady said you will get in 5 days ...
Again lady asked me today have you returned your free gift with purchase .. they dont believe us ...
I don't belive this is ridiculous and not acceptable behaviour. I have very bad experiance with this company which has very bad customer service team. ?
very sad and very stressful ... until now I have not received my money back . I called again yesterday and they said you have not returned free gift thats why refund is not done.. which is absolutely disaster and she shut call on my face ....
Please don't go to this shop ever again ...

The gentleman at the counter was kind and helpful however, i can?t say the same for his knowledge in fragrances. I enquired about Burberry Black first thing he says is that it?s a mens fragrance?? Totally confused me and i had to double check with my fiancée which put me in an awkward position! They didn?t even have the fragrance! It?s not rocket science just common knowledge, this store need to up their game a bit.

Fragrance shop in Crawley country mall.I was supposed to buy 5 fragrances today 14 Dec Wednesday but the lady on shift around 11ish doesn't have a clue on what she was doing apart from she is very RUDE. Also, I asked for specific fragrance and she gave me another fragrance to try and said in a RUDE way, sprayed on my hand and said it is the same smell (clearly,she has no idea on what she is talking about)\\nI'm a fragrance collector and because of that,I watch,read etc all about fragrance and the staff has no idea (which is ok) but she is RUDE.

I still not recive my refund and without informing me they charged through direct debit payment and no body discussed about that with me.. one year ago they just took my card detail for one time payment...I will request everyone never buy from here or especially don't give card details to them they put you on direct debit and start charging every year,Very bad customer service and when I discussed with their customer service they are not giving refund back
