Got ID'd for a product that you don't need to be over 18 for. Awful customer service from a short middle aged blonde lady. My friend had her ID and I didn't, was uncomfortable as it is to ask for it in the first place.

Great place I go on Monday morning to get my meal deal for work the staff are very helpful and very cheerful the checkout lady always says hello and goodbye.

Will not be going back to this tesco tried using self check out and it wouldn't take my clubcard that was on my phone asked for help only to be told you can't use clubcards on phones you can in every other tesco so not sure why you can't in this one was told I would have to put it in manually this didn't work and the self check out till locked not wanting to pay the extra 5 pound it would have cost without a club card I picked my items up and moved them to the till after waiting 5 to 10 mins with the staff not serving anybody just busy chatting put my items back on the shelves and went to tesco express in Ifield and got a much better service .

Very poor store. Rude staff.So, you can be looking at the sandwich selection and they can barge in front of you. When you take it up with them, they are really rude about it.Maybe they think people will just put up with it, because there's nowhere else nearby that are as inexpensive for lunch?All they needed to say was sorry... but that's too much effort...Took my custom elsewhere and will continue to do so...Tesco living up to their usual disgraceful lack of customer care...
