Popped in for some supplies, as stopping local before hols?.thought the place had been robbed, empty shelves galore. Couldn?t even get a bottle of water!!

Well done to the so called ?undercover police? who was actually just a security guard who had just FINISHED his shift? made this lady feel so anxious as he targeted her for ?stealing?. Followed her to her car then approached moments after. When she had her receipt and everything, she even spoke to security as she left the store, and they checked her receipts.

I mostly use click and collect when I shop and have to give credit to the lovely Dharmesh. He is so helpful and gives great customer service. He seems to know most of his regular customers and he makes a boring chore that much more bearable thank you Dharmesh

Great shop however there are often too many long queues and not enough staff! Friday, payday, there should be enough staff and self checkouts open, not queues like it?s Christmas Eve!

I'm not an in store shopper so always do click and collect for my food shop. Inevitably with the slot I choose I have the very personable and pleasant Dharmesh. He is always very responsive and goes that extra mile to make my shopping experience exceptional. He is a great member of the Tesco team and delivers amazing customer service.

Basically if you go to this store you are treated as a theif.
There is no customer care.
No customer faith and only dishonesty.
I cannot and won't shop somewhere where you are portrayed as a theif.
There own security doesn't even where there isa badges.
I wounder why that is.
And dont ask for the tag to be taken off.
And you must get a recipe which will will cheack to see you have paid.
Even though we are standing right next to the person talking to them watching them like a hawk as I do my shopping.
So this is where humanity and decency towards others is done at tesco.

The store in three bridges is very easy to park and full shelves at all times, I go more than once a week as I have a big family, I?d just like to give a shout out to (Ali) on self serve trolley check out, what a lovely friendly smiling lady always happy and helpful, she is a credit to your store 5*

Would be nice if paying customers could shop without being accused of theft. I shopped with scan and go, at the end I paid for my shopping and collected my receipt. As I was leaving the store a Tesco colleague came up to me showing me the receipt of mine she had just printed off and accused me of not paying for my eggs. I then pointed out to her the item which said mixed weight eggs 15 proving I had indeed paid for my eggs. I didn?t even get an apology she just walked off. Tesco, I think your staff should at least be able to read so they don?t go around wrongfully accusing your customers of theft!

I have noticed since Lidl and Iceland closed prices have gone through the roof.
The biggest shock is they now have a halal section, I am against eating Animals but this Medieval practice of hanging an Animal upside down by one leg and then cutting it,s throat to let it bleed to death should have no place in the UK.
I will not shop in any shop selling halal.
