I needed two adjacent rooms floored; one was derelict parquet, the other concrete. I asked Mo for advice in his shop, and we went straight to my house to consider options. After a really useful discussion, we concluded that the best choice was to use engineered wood in both rooms.When the bases were cleaned and ready, Darren and Josh came, first to latex and then to lay the floor. The results are truly amazing. The two of them are true craftsmen.All three people mentioned were polite, helpful and really skilful.I strongly recommend this company, and I am sure I will be using them again!

I have used the team here for a few projects now and will do for a few more. Lorraine is probably one of the most efficient women in a business I have come across for a long time! She get the job done and even when things may have gone adrift with suppliers etc (out of her control) she ensures she gets the job done to satisfaction- and I am pretty fussy! Thanks Lorraine and the team of fitters. All bloody brilliant!

Chose Sussex Carpets because they were a local independent business instead of a big multiple and what a great decision.Mo and his team were a pleasure to deal with, offering good professional advice such as how to get the nap of the hall carpet running the right way for a long life. They were welcoming, genuine and not at all pushy. Mo even went the extra mile staying open an extra hour for me to take samples to show my flatmate who is disabled and bed bound.The carpet was delivered and fitted on time and looks and feels fantastic.I would highly recommend Sussex Carpets - lovely people offering a great service.

Defo recommend these guys, our flooring is amazing!! We love it, the fitters were also fabulous and helped us move furniture in and out and very friendly, but more importantly the sellers know the products they are selling and are very honest in answering every question you ask. I have a really bad experience with another company and they have completely restored my faith, thank you Mohammed and your family ?

I have recently had my stairs and one bedroom carpeted through this company. (Will be going back for the other bedroom) the service was grand , good communication throughout , the gentlemen came and measured where i was having carpet and brought samples with him. I chose my carpet on the day of measuring and fitting was within the week. The carpet is thick and luxurious and not too expensive either highly recommended sussex carpet centre. Will be using these again. 5 star from start to finish. Thanks again for your service.

Recently replaced my laminate flooring with the aid of Sussex Carpet Centre which turned out to be a great decision, after struggling to find somewhere suitable for a long time.The service was great, alongside the price and the staff were genuinely helpful, professional and all round good people.
