Terrible customer service, I popped in to get a few items. The person who served me didn?t bother greeting, so I greeted her only to be ignored and when I said I was greeting her, she responded ohh. Appalling really normally the staff are really friendly and helpful in this store but today the person serving is more focused on herself rather than the customer. Why do we patronise some of these chains that have such poor customer service, really disappointing

I visited the Superdrug store in Broadfield and was disappointed with the service. The salesperson refused to accept my £50 banknote to pay for £8 product, claiming they only accept notes up to £20. There was no clear information about this policy displayed in the store. What bothered me most was the dismissive attitude towards my hard-earned £50, which was treated as if it were insignificant. This experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer, as if my purchase of £8 was too insignificant for proper service- which is what I heard from the seller. I do not recommend !

I have visited this store many times and always found the staff helpful .This time I needed something for a burn it wasn't medical advice I was given but the help I was given was appreciated thankyou

The manager here is rude and stuck up, the store is disgusting with black dirt inbetween shelves and stickers on the floor. Everytime i do my shopping here i get asked about stupid beauty cards which i am clearly not interested in and when i explain i have no need for one of these cards there attitude changes massively towards me i feel like crying sometimes. I always get asked to buy pointless products at the till if i wanted something i would of picked it up in store, this is very annoying and sets of my austism. This store has now become trigging for me and clearly doesnt take into consideration people with complex needs.

I recently popped into the store in Broadfield, Crawley. I was greeted by the lovely Kacy who is the Manager there..She and her team have made a lovely job of keeping the store clean and tidy with well stocked shelves. The staff particularly Kacy are so helpful and chatty. I love going in there for all my beauty essentials.

Very expensive. Points card is rubbish. Till staff keep selling mobile network deal, perfume. Becomes annoying!!!
