My review is for the lady who does eyebrows.
Had my brows done here for the first time and the lady was gentle and reassuring. I hate threading so she did waxing. I was happy with the results and it cost £10.

Staff rarely seem interested, overpriced and deals shown are misleading on items and not always the best value.

I do really like the store with all of the selections of products but there is member staff there her name JAY she is very rude and impolite the manager there should carry out investigation how she is treating customers .

Why is the store always so cold??? Clearly someone is skimping on heating? Thank goodness I can escape after the quickest shop, the poor people who have to work there in the freezing cold? Superdrug surely you can do better!

Prices are usually slightly more than double in here than they are elsewhere and then they put everything on a buy one get one free to make you feel like you're getting a good deal. Best to go to elsewhere and save yourself 50% or more
