The best subway in Crawley by far. The manager there is amazing great customer service, all the staff seem to enjoy there jobs they are very friendly. The food was amazing picture perfect unlike any other subway I've been too. Definitely going back

A group of us ordered from here on Friday. Most of us were not together for the rest of the day and we all consumed different food, other than this Subway. All of us got a significant vomiting bug, followed by later diarrhoea, nausea and a temperature. It started 24 hours after our visit.

The new ordering screens are not meant for this business model of customised products. Placed my order and they put the wrong salad and sauce in my sandwich despite it being printed in black and white. You've lost my business. Save yourself the disappointment of an overpriced sandwich made badly.

This is our go to Subway in the Crawley area since the others provide poor service in our experience. Friendly staff on hand and they have now installed an electronic ordering system similar to other restaurants. Orders are made quickly and efficiently and above all the staff seem to actually enjoy their job unlike other locations.
Vegetarian options: The standard subway menu contains vegetarian options.
Parking: Limited parking out the front and side of the building more so during the working week, however there are a number of local roads to park nearby.
Wheelchair accessibility: Access ramp to the main door.

Myself and 4 others all experienced food poisoning after eating the same type of meat and salad here, we all started vomiting roughly around the time. It has also come to light that 25 people at a school were also affected after ordering sandwich platters and a school had to close down. No offer of any refund from subway. Will never go back here again after this horrific experience

Myself and 4 colleagues all had lunch here last week. Within 12 hours we were all being violently sick. Since then it has come to light that there has been 25 more cases of this. Please avoid!
