Went into the shop to order food for the wife. They had a sign saying, card payment only. I asked the guy in there, when did you stop taking cash payments, he completely ignored me. The woman that was with him, said they don't take cash. I asked a simple straight forward question, why don't you take cash? It's legal tender, they both ignored me and my questions. There was no queue, they decided to completely ignore me.
It's a fair question to ask, why do you not take cash?
Totally unprofessional, disrespectful and ignorant.
Do not come here.

We been to the crawley leisure park subway around 9:10 in the morning today and the store is closed. But in the website and on the store door they have sticked the opening hrs are 9:00 to 9:00.
This is the second time happening. Last time we waited till 9:35 outside of the store. Today we asked the staff inside how long will it take to open and she said 30 minutes which is totally unacceptable. Worst service ever. Please update in the website and in the store if opening hrs are different

I recently visited this Subway location, and it was easily one of the best experiences I've had at the chain. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were all friendly and efficient. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, from the floors to the food preparation area, which immediately made a great impression.
The sandwich-making process was smooth and precise. The staff were attentive to my requests and didn?t hesitate to add a little extra care in each step. They offered fresh ingredients, and I could genuinely taste the difference in quality with each bite. I ordered my favorite ? a footlong Italian B.M.T. ? and it was made to perfection, with the right balance of meats, veggies, and condiments.
What also stood out was the speed and efficiency. Even during the lunch rush, I was in and out quickly without feeling rushed. For anyone looking for a quick, tasty, and fresh meal, I highly recommend this Subway. This location has set a new standard for me, and I?ll definitely be coming back. Great job to the whole team here!

Lettuce was brown in colour, cumber looked slimy. Went in at lunch time and big queue as only one person serving. Half the breads not available as still cooking and the lady serving gave the most stingy of portions when it came to the salad part. Shocking subway the worst I have been in .

It?s about time this franchisee gives up and lets someone else take over. The service was appalling to the point where we walked out in the end after waiting 15 mins as the only people in the queue. One person working on a Sunday lunch time just doesn?t cut it to be honest. As others have said they prefer to prioritise the JustEat and Deliveroo orders, and make those actually in the shop wait longer. Not the way to run a business having just one person working at a busy time of the day. It would have been better if they shut the shop completely if they have staffing issues. Avoid.

Subway Worker outside talking on his mobile phone. ignoring the queue in the shop . We got so fed up waiting we went to mcdonalds instead . He appeared to be on his own . Terrible way to run a business

What degree is needed to become a sandwich artist? Must be difficult because each sub is thrown together and squashed and any instructions given are never followed. I can only assume that working at subway is a challenging career because even the staff fail to get it right. Meal Deal- comes with drink, cookie and crisps but if that's your expectations then you will be disappointed to only find a squashed, poorly cut loaf of bread stuffed with soggy lettuce. Avoid this place and avoid getting a delivery too.

Woman named Aman got annoyed because I couldn't hear or understand her properly even after I told her I'm hard of hearing. No "hello", "goodbye", no smile just plonks change in my hand and walks off. Terrible customer service.

Always busy with delivery people who don't speak English, which I understand but they could be saying anything. Sandwich gets made quickly and absolutely delicious. Wouldn't mind waiting 30 minutes. Poor employee is always there on her own, they need more staff but she's very well

No que so ordered quickly, my daughters sandwich was made instantly. The rest of my order wasn't started for 15 minutes, because the staff prioritised a Just Eat order over mine. I had to repeat what I wanted to the staff three times before eventually getting the rest of my order. By this time my daughters sandwich was cold. Very disappointing when it costs so much ? felt invisible. Also the roof clearly leaks as the tables and chairs literally had puddles on them. Restaurant was very dirty, won't be returning anytime soon.
