I ordered a simple iced coffee and in my cup it was as if Elsa from Frozen had vomited !
Just crushed ice and nothing more ! What's more interesting to me though is how it took 5 people behind the bar more than 10 minutes to prepare this puke ?!

Top starbucks store staff on point very friendly go 3xtra mile ? very happy with free extra shots and syrups on the reward thingy . Always my coffee shop of choice

Standard good coffee but reason for the one star is one of workers was very rude to this 8 year girl that had asked for more syrup in her drink and the barista just snapped at the girl.

Very rude and unprofessional costumer service... shame of Clare behaviour. Two teenage girls went to the toilet today, before buying something-service was sooo rude to them, she was very passive aggressive-they was scared ... SHAME !!! Give your stuff some treaning how to behave how to do costumer service !!!
