Crawley sports direct ? is the worst shop I?ve ever had the misfortune to go into , charged twice for the same product . Management didn?t know what they were doing 45 mins later and told to go home and if it has gone back in to my account tomorrow to contact them . Well I?ve been trying to call all day and NO answer this is a disgrace I?ve spent over £100 pounds twice and now can?t get it refunded .
Don?t ever step foot inside this store no customer service and they can?t help because no one know what they are doing ???? yours sincerely Kelly newby

I went in to exchange a pair of football boots, and the staff flat-out refused, claiming I had worn them ? which I absolutely hadn?t. Instead of listening or checking properly, they were rude, dismissive, and started arguing with me in front of other customers. The whole experience was embarrassing and unprofessional.
If this is how they treat paying customers, I?ll take my money elsewhere. Avoid Sports Direct Crawley unless you enjoy being spoken to like you?ve done something wrong for simply trying to exchange an item.

Bought a popped champions league ball!! I asked upstairs if they would pump it up and some half dressed uninterested staff member told me they don?t do that. On the way to the elevator me and my kids stumbled over a bunch of dumbbells left lying all over the floor. Down stairs I was told by a much more interested and genuine member of staff at the till they would pump it up on the way out. At this point it was a gamble but it was the only size 3 left which my son wanted it for a birthday present. Got home and it is flat 5 hours or so later.

One of worst customer service i have ever faced, i dont want to give them even one star , it doesn?t matter this is branded shoes shop or busier but ultimately your staff doesn?t respect customer than no value for your brand anymore

Echoing the review someone else made a month ago - slow queue, one person on but others not jumping to help. Painfully slow just to buy one thing

Well...I don't like writing negative reviews, but here we are. Popped into the store for some tennis racquet grips and arm bands. Went upstairs and grabbed what I wanted, went to the till to pay, but it was closed and was advised by a note to pop downstairs to pay. I proceeded downstairs and there was a queue and 4 people ahead of me. Unfortunately only 1 person at the till. It was slow going. I thought if wait my turn, but this queue wasn't moving at all. Super slow. I was getting too frustrated to wait in line, left my goods and walked out. I popped into Decathlon 3/4 shops down, walked in, grabbed what I wanted, walked to the self service till, paid my money and completed my shop. Result. Out of curiosity, I quickly popped back to Sports Direct, and the lady that was in front of me was still standing in that slow queue. I was absolutely shocked. Our lives are busy and to waste time standing around, I think you should pay me for that convenience. Do something about the staff that work there, they are no where to be seen most times and get more tills open or invest in some self service ones...cause perhaps we could do it quicker. I still do like shopping there, but something needs to change and quickly.

Awful shop with awful staff. I would strongly advise against shopping here. They don't accept returns of their faulty products. Clearly illegal but they don't care.

Just shocking customer service. Was bought a pair of trainers too small for me for Christmas from my kids. No receipt sadly but bank proof.
They wouldn?t change even though I had proof they only want the receipt!!
Going to have to sell 2nd hand for half the price. My family will not be using them again in Crawley.

Had great service from ?Paul? he managed to look after myself and two other guys at the same time ! He was friendly and helpful so much so I bought two pairs of boots ! Sorry , 4 Stars as whilst Paul?s service was ??????????, I had to wait quite some time to pay for the shoes?Overall very good Sports Direct !! ??

I visited the Crawley Sports Direct store to exchange my shoes. An Asian male staff member inspected the shoes and claimed they were worn, even though they were still in the box with the receipt and in excellent condition. I had only tried them on in the store and later realized I needed a larger size. He started arguing with me, which was quite frustrating and disappointing. However, the manager was very cooperative. I believe Sports Direct needs to provide more training to their staff, especially in customer service and politeness. I'm really disappointed with my experience today and, as a result, I don't think I'll be shopping at Sports direct again.
