Crawley sports direct ? is the worst shop I’ve ever had the misfortune to go into , charged twice for the same product . I went in to exchange a pair of football boots, and the staff flat-out refused, claiming I had worn them – which I absolutely hadn’t. Instead of listening or checking properly, they were rude, dismissive, and started arguing with me in front of other customers. The whole experience was embarrassing and unprofessional.
Bought a popped champions league ball!! I asked upstairs if they would pump it up and some half dressed uninterested staff member told me they don’t do that.
