Bad experience with a staff member behind the desk on the right hand side how you walk in, a very rude attitude of this lady , but the day was saved by her polite and professional colleague ! Disappointed , no one deserves to be treated like that ?

I needed a genny at very short notice after being let down by another company. Kenny was extremely helpful and talked me through what I needed, and what they had available. He reserved it for me until I could get there later that day. Top drawer service.
