I had 30 minutes back & shoulder massage. Zara is amazing friendly and very high qualified experienced massage therapist. The massage was excellent. I feel fresh and new .. She is very experienced. I booked her again after tomorrow. I highly recommended. I am a massage therapist as well.

Unfortunately not a great experience. Although the service was friendly, the quality wasn't great. I had a "luxury manicure" which turned out to be a quick file, some hand cream and a couple of coats of OPI polish which wasn't applied very well. I ended up removing the polish as soon as I got home.The website for me was misleading and the service quoted was not what was received.

Highly recommended stopping by for all she has to offer. Zahra was amazing! I ended up spending 4 hours there getting additional treatments and chatting with her. The massage put me right to sleep, and the facial left my skin feel fresh and renewed. Definitely a great first stop off the plane to feel new again.

It was my first time at Spa indulgence in Crawley, I had the three treatment, facial, back, neck massage and manicure and pedicure. Excellent service, Zara is very friendly and make you feel very comfortable and de stress. I would definitely be visiting her again.
