The practice is shambolic. The only way to obtain an appointment is to queue outside in the morning half an hour before it opens. There are already people queuing when you get there. Great surgery, receptionists are great and have always been so helpful on the phone! Glad I was made to move practice as I've had a much better experience here than with bridge medical centre!
