Uneducated and disgusting staff member working ( Name : FAYAZ )
In short ?? I use toilet and hand wash is finished
And I ask member staff (FAYAZ ) : can u pls refill hand wash so I can wash my hands
And his reply wash shocking ? :
he said >he cnt refill handwash , u hv to buy hand wash and thn u can use
And 2nd shocking ? story :
He said : u need to pay and buy with ur dirty hands 1st and thn u can wash ur hands (?)
Totally disgusting ???
I paid and buy hand wash ( I?ll attach pictures)

And I told him : I?m gona complaint about u and ur disgusting behaviour
And his reply was : go and complaint ( he?s body language was like he dnt care )

Great service at Shell Ifield! The station is always clean, well-stocked, and convenient, with friendly staff who provide excellent customer service. Fuel pumps are easy to use, and the shop has a good selection of snacks and essentials. A reliable stop any time of day?highly recommend!

The manual wash machine is very bad when I wash car with foam and rensed after that it was the same before and the floor was slippery and dirty and I dirty my shoes and pant .only waste money . Never use it . Only hand wash .

Staff member was rude and incompetent. I was speaking English and the gaijin kept looking at me like he didn't understand what I was saying. I bought two vape pens for £15 and one didn't work so I went back to request a replacement and showed how it didn't work but said "How can I trust you?" even after demonstrating the fault issue with it. In the end I put the defunct vape pen in the tray for him to take and do what he would with it. Probably just put it in the bin without reporting a faulty product. Gave no receipt. Smirked at me as I was about to leave. An awful experience I wouldnt recommend this petrol station. Go to Applegreens instead!

Staff and fuel are good,but bought coal from there for a bbq absolutely rubbish did not light ruined the bbq so had to do it all inside not impressed at all can't even light it.

A pretty decent petrol station with two jet washes, car vacuum and a good carwash. The retail side of the petrol station is a Londis shop (with 24hr Off licence) plus a Subway and a Costa Express machine.

Car wash is great! Jet wash however didn?t work had no soap so should of been closed off had to go and bring it to the staff?s attention.
