Just to say the staff here go above and beyond to help. Purchased some rubble sacks but somehow left them on the counter, think it said assistant manager on her badge. She checked cctv and refunded. Made it so simple and easy... many thanks ?

Super rude staff member, was waiting for an order for a good while, asked him if I can get my order and was given alot of attitude for literally no reason. I hardly use screwfix and this will probably be the last if this is how they talk to a treat members of the public. Guy was around 5ft 8 blondish/brown hair in his late 20s his name was Liam i believe. I would not keep him in a customer facing role. Was also left waiting for over 20 minutes

Generally a decent shop, but someone please have a conversation with your sales staff on how to speak with customers. The lady in question was called Andrea, and I felt no need to be spoken to like I?m some sort of idiot because I did not know the ordering process. It?s been a while since I?d used Screwfix, and I don?t think I?ll bother again after being spoken to so rudely. I don?t even need pleasantries, just not to be spoken to like a child. Use the Wickes round the corner, their staff are definitely more friendly.

A great store with really helpful staff who are willing to go the extra mile to give the customer exactly what they need, including comparing products in stock with items brought in by the customer to ensure compatibility before purchase.

Had some issues with a shower sink trap and connecting it through solvent weld and compression fitting combinations. A massive shout out to Jodi for being so amazingly helpful. She helped me find exactly what I needed despite my terrible descriptions. She's an absolute credit to the team!

Be extremely careful when returning items you?ve bought via website click and collect.
I bought 3 tubes of silicone and returned 2 of them 11/04. I had paid by PayPal via click and collect and the guy serving me took my confirmation slip, he didn?t provide anything in return and simply said I?d receive an email at the end of the day.
I?ve not received the email, nor have I received my money. I?ve called customer services and there?s apparently no record of me returning the 2 silicone tubes (£19.98). Currently waiting for them to get back to me after checking CCTV. This is a terrible experience.
So if you return items you?ve bought online, make sure you take a picture with a date and timestamp of the items and the person who served you so you don?t end up in my situation.
Hopefully I?ll get my money back.

It?s been 3 or 4 times that I used this store and all staff is pretty much useless, they can never give you advise or even now the products that have in store. Don?t think that o will ever use them again
