I've been to many branches but this is definitely one of the best. Claire is one of the most helpful assistants around and has plenty of experience to deal with banking needs. David the manager is friendly and goes the extra mile for customers. And H was able to see me without notice and process my application in minutes. He's a great person to talk to ? Thank you team!

With all the Santander branches closing, nice to see this one still open, located in Queens Square, plenty of cash machines inside and outside, not to busy when I went. Hope they continue to stay open.

They say they will call back to assist you but don't. You have to chase for weeks. I do think it's time to move to a better service and will be looking once my issue is resolved. The opening times also is terrible.

I have huge reservations about the competency/ trustworthiness of most of the cashier staff here. from the simplest of tasks e.g. like changing money between accounts etc they would make mistakes -like entering the wrong amount/wrong account number etc. I only go to one of the cashiers I trust, if she is not there I have walk out because it is just too much to risk. please Santander, more english cashiers instead !

The staff are great and the service is excellent (5 Stars). However, The opening hours are very poor and Santander as a brand is too WOKE and PC (1 Star). However, I?ve been with them since the Abbey National days?

Im came on Monday 10.02.20 / around 5 pm / with 3 or4 problems /like My money take away :),change adress, password inc card/ Absolutely pretty young and woman, she was so professional, quick,she axactly knew, what Im ment and she was still pretty,/ probably, more I think../I didnt want to go out A.S.A.P, but I cant believe it, how it was quick. I swear +6-7 minutes all togheter / inc. money transfer/ and Im was done. Many thanks, because it was first time in my life, how it was quick.Profesional staff on right place.
