Me and my sister have gone to see Maisie a few times and she is fantastic. Really lovely, easy to talk to and we always have strangers come up to us and compliment our hair after we?ve had an appointment with her. Maisie clearly knows her stuff and I feel I can fully trust her to know what to do with my hair.

Very bad customer service also very unprofessional. My hair wasn't even dried properly when she started straightening it. I think she damaged my hair. Never experienced this in my entire life. My fringe is not even, I was done in 30 min. I asked for wash, cut and blowdry. I felt she was in hurry and made me quickly, I almost cried.Never ever going back to that place. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

My hair was done by Maisie last month. I had a cut and colour. I am amazed at how long the colour has actually lasted! Maisie also put a treatment on my hair to smooth it out and gave me an AMAZING blow dry. Highly recommend giving her a visit she is very friendly and knowledgeable

My experience at this salon at 14.45pm on 12/09/23 with masie, has left me so upset and out of pocket after spending £135 to come away with frazzled hair and several inches of my hair gone. I attended the salon due to a previous bad experience at another salon. I also wanted a pick me up due to going through some health problems thicking new hair might make me feel abit better about myself. I explained I disliked the toner on my hair it was a mushroom blonde but had taken alot darker around the front of my hair. I explained my hair was bleach blonde beneath the toner and I wanted a balayage effect. Now I know im not a hairdresser but when the stylist suggests that I need a full head of bleach highlight with toner inbetween and a Scandinavian hair line, I thought toner was a demi permanent colour? and surely a full head of bleach highlights wouldn't be needed?Also the stylist mentioned my hair may already be compromised, so why suggest more bleach? But i trusted her judgement as a stylist.Anyway this bleach in foils was left on my head for around 50 mins. Once washed the cutting began again I had a picture of the style I wanted yet by this point the stylist was rushing due to it being closing time. No face framing or layers like I asked, my hair was barely blow dried still wet when I left and didnt ask if I wanted it styled. I called the next day as was really unhappy with the cut and to be honest the colour isn't what I wanted either, I had some bits of hair longer then other bits and my hair looked dreadful and felt awful. The stylist booked me to come back that day and I have ended up have another 2 inches off my already bob style hair.She gave me a free olaplex treatment but told me to wash it off at home which I did and I can't believe it but my hair is now even worse! I haven't called the salon again as to be honest I don't want my hair touched by that stylist again.I'm really disappointed and upset everytime I touch or look at my hair. I just feel like the competency isnt there or the listening of what people want!The stylist went on to suggest lots of products I need to use to help my hair (which I have brought for around £70) Apparently this is what happens when you use bleach you become frazzled, I have never experienced this after bleaching before, I honestly think im going to have to shave it off its that damaged and I paid for the pleasure.I will never use this salon again!The client is not listened to period, and I don't fell like the experience is there.No refund offered either after spending alot of money to end up with hardly any hair!Update: been to a salon today and had to have a pixie cut because the damage is so bad it can't be reversed. I went in to Salontwelve at short notice to correct a disaster haircut from another salon. The hairdresser Milly was amazing. I could tell by the way she listened to my concerns that she really cared about putting it right for me. I left feeling so happy with the result that I will definitely be back.

Hayley did a fabulous job with my extensions, she walked me through the whole process and gave me such great advice. She was a fountain of knowledge in regards to the aftercare and maintenance of the extensions and the end result was unreal. I am so pleased and would highly recommend.

I had extensions with Hayley and she was absolutely amazing! My extensions are beautiful and I could cry with happiness with them.
