2 days before my birthday I wanted to colour my hair. I was a regular client in this salon. Klaudia was my hairdresser and she is absolutely brilliant. But that day unexpected happened. She put a colour in my hair and minutes later I started to feel I will have an anxiety attack. I do suffer from anxiety and I am on medication. I said one of the hairdressers I?m having an anxiety and I want to go home. They said they can?t let me go because I have a bleach in my hair. That?s the rules and I understand but when I have an anxiety I have to go home immediately. I didn?t care about bleach. I said I will pay what I need to pay I just need to go home. I was very close to start cry. After few times telling I really need to go home they agreed. Everything what they did was discussed that they need to write down that I left of my will. There was like 4 of them and none even asked me if I was ok. None. What they cared about is to put in system that I left instead of asking me if I was ok. If I can drive, or I want some water of something. Nothing. I went to car and tried to make myself calm down a little bit that I can drive home. I was still shaking but felt good enough to drive. My family was in total shock seeing me in that state. Of this experience I just seen they don?t care how you feel. They care just about their job.And I see my 1 star is not the first one. Will be more if they will not care about people if something is happening. Very disappointed and sad.

It's been 2 weeks since I had Botox and cheek/chin fillers done with Nicky. I am so pleased with the results. People have been saying I look ten years younger. Nicky is amazing, I would highly recommend

Hairdresser tried to persuade me to have a blow dry and I explained I didn't time time. She seemed upset by this so aggressively washed my hair pulling it back when it was obvious that my head did not reach the sink. When this was pointed out, she blamed me 'Why didn't you say?' Poor customer service during cost of living. No.1 tip: Look after your customers. British Asian.

Been going to this salon for years. Warm welcome from everyone. Lovely service and great hair stylists there too. Really sweet little salon. i have Steph as my hair stylist and each time I see her she always remembers past conversations we've had which blows me away considering she sees and speaks to so many people on a daily basis. Always leave with my hair perfect. She does a great job every single time. All the girls there are brilliant

I was unable to use this business as my appointment kept being rescheduled and then not done. I payed a deposit for my eyelash extensions directly and still waiting for my refund a month ago. Im quite disappointed as I was patient and understanding.
