No Fuel as tanks being cleaned.
No pressure warning.
Store keeps updating live price info & claiming they have fuel, but you turn up & they have none.
They don't care when you ask for info.

Plenty of pumps quick and straight out don't sell any super/ premium unleaded which I can only run in my own car. Luckily was in a works car that doesn't matter.

Have been shopping at this store on and off for 'years' (like lots of years). Decided this time (as I was doing a big Christmas shop) to stop and enjoy some breakfast before hand... Shopping while hungy is ALWAS a bad idea. The store itself literally has everything - it's huge, so if you can't find it here, then it probably doesn't exist. All went well... and the staff were exceptionally helpful. Some time later I had a full tummy and the car was loaded with everything we could possibly need / want (and probably more besides). There are sure to be lots of full tummy's in our house until mid January. Was an expensive shop and all in all I was there for about 3.5 hrs. Fast forward 5 days and the shop added a whacking great £85 parking charge to the bill. As there is no way to contact Eurocarparks directly (clearly the new owner) I contacted the Sainbury's store to see what could be done, since I was using several stores on the day and spent a lot of money with them. I've also been a loyal Sainsbuy's shopper all my life, with only the occassional venture into Waitrose or M&S. Their reaction was at best 'I understand your situation' - the reality was - they don't give a monkeys and said there was nothing they could do - all they gave me was a number for Eurocarparks - which turned out to be the 'automated' payment number. I will likely NEVER visit this store again, and would rather go elsewhere and pay & display in a public carpark. The whole concept of 'out of town' retail parks is now LOST in my opinion. Don;t get me wrong, the stores facilities and range of products is amazing - but the fundamental facility should be parking, especially when it's out of town. There is no option visible to extend a parking stay - so I see little point in ever revisiting, because if the queue to get through the checkouts is longer, what chance does anyone stand ?? I've had to pay the charge to 'make it go away', but the reality is I was robbed and Sainsbury's were complicit in that theft. More to the point they were not prepared to do anything about it either. Poor - very poor.

Please take off the signs saying you can go either side because they?re extra long because they really aren?t unless you can go to the very front- got stuck at the middle one and couldn?t fill up because of this

Store is OK but please beware of the 2022 EURO CAR PARK notices and DO NOT be in that car park any longer than 3hrs max because they will charge you £85.00 - yes, £85.00! The land is actually owned by Euro Car Parks but you cannot contact them at all by phone. If you need to stay longer than 3hrs for perhaps shopping in The Range store and Sainsburys and/or McDonald's you need to go into the supermarket to ask them to log your car details to ensure you are not charged.

Totally rude member of staff "Sandra" who felt it appropriate to discuss with her colleague in expletives what she though of me the customer, simply because I did not get my card out quickly enough. Odious member of staff and a terrible reflection of Sainsburys values towards older people. What a disgusting and rude member of staff.

Be aware of very rude staff, there is a very aggressive lexbian to customers, avoid them if you can, and don't be a fool with fake smiles
