Booked an appointment for Rush Crawley on a Sunday afternoon, having never visited before.
On arrival, I was told that my appointment did not even exist despite my confirmation of the booking via text.
It turned out that my appointment was actually in Lakeside as all calls to Crawley had been ?rerouted? to another branch. However, I had never even contacted Lakeside?and Lakeside neglected to tell me that they were taking another branches calls and appointments-clearly!
Spectacular waste of my time and energy on a Sunday afternoon. And the loss of a potential new customer.
If they can?t even get the BASICS right?!!!!

She actually listens to exactly what I want and how I want to look.
I receive many compliments and have people asking me where I get my hair cut.

Worst experience ever. The girl acted like she knew what she was doing, who was a senior stylist too. Now have to wait for my hair the grow up as it?s not connected and my side bangs are basically a thick fringe. Wouldn?t recommend to anyone as this is my second time experiencing it. Definitely won?t be making this mistake again. Length and layers aren?t blended and side bangs were not blended into the face framing. I have a blotchy cut. I was quiet surprised as rush is a nationwide salon. I assumed the staff would be trained to a certain standard which was not the case.

I called on the day for my hair appointment and I was in the chair within the hour. My hairdresser was called Maria I believe, who was an absolute sweet heart. As someone with anxiety it was nice not feeling like I had to make small talk, I felt very comfortable. I didn?t really know what I wanted done to my hair so I let her do her magic. Once she had finished doing the bouncy blowdry and I saw my hair my jaw but the floor. I?d quite literally never seen my hair look so beautiful. I?m so happy she did my hair she?s given me more confidence now and I?m very grateful. Would definitely recommend Maria. Five stars ??

Booked a on the day appointment, which was great as Sunday, most crawley salons are closed. I was 7mins late due to trying to find parking. However there seemed to be only one pregnant lady doing the actual appointments even though there were four girls in the salon.
They refused to do the blow dry giving the reason of being slightly late and said they had a colour service in, I mean shouldn?t have taken the appointment if the colour service was in, also witnessed 10mins later another client coming in booked in with the same pregnant lady.
I think they refused as due to the thickness of my hair, and discriminated because of this.
It did not make any sense and it was a complete waste of my time. I have a 1 yr old and thought going somewhere would be easier but instead I just wasted my time and effort to try and get down for a quick wash and blow dry. I?ve been so so many salons over the year and always get treatment done.
They could have organised this better and had someone wash the hair, dry the hair and someone else style it, hairdressers always go above and beyond but doesn?t seem like it here from what I experienced.
The funny thing is I could have booked a blow dry online there and then whilst still sitting in the salon.
Make it make sense. Very disappointed and annoyed.

They screwed my hair color. I got 2 colours in my head now whereas I just wanted some highlights.
Instead of highlights it feel I have changed the hair colour completely.
It was my first experience with Rush and I am not going to visit it again.

My sister and I had our hair cut at Rush today and were lucky to have Annie as our stylist. She was absolutely fantastic?friendly, attentive, and really listened to what we wanted. She gave us exactly the results we were hoping for and made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxing. We truly value her professionalism and skill, and we highly recommend Annie to anyone looking for a great haircut and excellent service!

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment following my recent experience with your Rush salon in Crawley.
Yesterday, shortly after 11 a.m., I called the salon to book an appointment for 5 p.m. the same day for an Olaplex treatment and toner. The receptionist confirmed the booking over the phone, and we ended the conversation with ?see you later.? I already had a separate appointment booked for highlights on 6th July, which was unrelated.
I arrived at the salon at 5 p.m. as agreed, only to be told that there was no appointment in the system for me that day ? only the one in July. I explained that I had called earlier and was assured that the booking was made, but I was told there was no availability and that nothing could be done.
I was very frustrated and disappointed by this situation and the lack of professionalism. As a result, I decided to cancel my upcoming appointment on 6th July. I no longer feel confident in the service provided after being let down in this way.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future. A gesture of goodwill would also be appreciated, considering the inconvenience and frustration caused.

I had a very disappointing experience at your salon yesterday. I had a confirmed appointment at 11:30 AM for a global hair color, and I arrived slightly early. One of the staff members politely asked me to wait until the scheduled time, which I completely understood. However, what followed was extremely unprofessional.
Even after waiting until 12:00 PM, no one attended to me. When I inquired again, I was casually told, ?Just one more minute,? but no action was taken. It wasn?t until 12:30 PM?an hour later?that someone finally addressed me, only to inform me that they could not proceed with the global hair color because my hair is too dark and would require bleaching. This should have been communicated well in advance or at least at the time of consultation.
Despite all this, I agreed to go ahead with just a haircut. But to my surprise, the stylist began serving another customer instead. This kind of dismissive, uncoordinated behavior felt completely disrespectful and intentional. There was no courtesy, no clarity, and no effort made to value my time.
Unfortunately, this kind of treatment reflects very poor customer service. Staff members, especially Daisy and another stylist whose name I couldn?t catch, were not only unprofessional but also lacked basic courtesy. Time is valuable for everyone, and this experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated.
I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better training in communication and etiquette. Clients deserve to be treated with respect and transparency.

Had a great experience with Victoria who was covering from Bromley; she quickly put me at ease, we discussed options to make sure I was happy, and ended with a great balayage and cut. She was chatty and attentive, and really rate her. Thank you!

Very disappointed. An expensive trip to the hairdressers and left very disappointed.
I had an appointment today for a half head of highlights and cut and blow dry. The cut and blow dry by Brooke was fantastic but I was very disappointed with the highlights. Rather than blonde they looked silver. I mentioned this to Brooke and she spoke to Daisy who did the highlights. Daisy told her to continue with the cut and dry to see how it was once dry. Once dried I was still not happy with the colour. I was told that the toner had made the highlights appear grey/silver and that it would improve once it was washed a few times. My point is that I should have been happy with colour when I left not wait a few washes to see if it improved. Not once did Daisy ask me if I was happy knowing that I had mentioned that I was unhappy. I left the salon disappointed and upset with the highlights. It was my first visit to this salon and it will be my last.
