We tried to get an exchange today, the dress still had the tags but we had lost the receipt. The staff said we can contact customer service and they could help us with the receipt number. After contacting customer service this was not true, you have to have a receipt in order to just do a simple exchange. Be advised you may not get correct information from the staff in the Crawley store. Very disappointing
