It's a standard Italian style restaurant. Great offers on kids food and adults also. I like the style or decor the place has to offer.
The only thing I can say that would be the downfall is going on a term day when kids eat free as it becomes very busy and very quickly which slows the whole process. I will say on these days the staff have it harder than most but will be very attentive still.
Parking: It's on the old high street so search parking areas first before going.
Kid-friendliness: Fine for kids and families.
Wheelchair accessibility: Access is good.

Michela, Erika, Vendy, Em and Hannah are very efficient. The Service and food is outstanding. Always polite and helpful. The All look smart. Cooks are brilliant and all staff go above beyond.

My boyfriend and I, as well as a couple behind us, waited at the desk to be seated for 15 minutes. Another couple walk in after some time, and skipped the queue, standing in front of the check in desk. A staff member came over and immediately served and seated the couple that had pushed through the queue. When we were finally spoken to, I mentioned that they had actually skipped the line, and that we had all been waiting long before them. And her response was ?Oh we know them so it?s okay?. I was quite shocked, it seems that if the staff members know the customers then they prioritised?! I was very frustrated and unhappy, and it ruined the start of our evening.

Prezzo is great value, given that it's a step up from normal chain restaurants, and the staff service is excellent - friendly, knowledgable, helpful. As a vegetarian I'd like to see more of those options on the menu, but Prezzo's offerings are much better than most (e.g. Bella Italia). Staff are fab, the food's great - what's not to like?

Pleasantly surprised at how nice this restaurant was for an evening meal . Food was great and reasonably priced, service was excellent.

We tried sea bass with gnocchi, I personally didn't like the gnocchi was too chewy.
Fish was fine. Could have better sauce.
The spaghetti carbonara was alright

A nice restaurant, clean and great decor with good layout. Service was quick and staff friendly. A family meal where all of us were happy with our respective meals, both pasta and pizza were delicious

Had a lovely meal with my step daughter here. The waitress was very polite and the food was fresh and flavourful. Good value for money, and a reasonable children's nenu. The restaurant lacked ambience, it was a little sterile, and could've used some music etc.

Really nice restaurant when visiting for lunch during half-term. Food was excellent, possibly the best Carbonara I've had. Staff were friendly and service was great.
