I came in the store today with my wife, my oldest son (6y) and my youngest (1y). Had to use the disabled toilet to change my youngest. Unfortunately when I opened the changing table was full of tobacco, weed traces and left overs from whoever use it?
My suggestion, please lock at least this room and let people who really need to, use it.

I visited your branch today with my 1.5 years old daughter to have a bit of lunch. We had a lovely time and lovely food as usual then before leaving I popped into the Baby changing/Disabled toilets for a wee and to change my daughter. Normally i would not use the disabled toilets for myself but as i was alone with my child I didn?t have anyone to look after her while i went to the toilets which is why I had to use the baby changing room toilets.
As i started to change my daughter, someone tried to get in, I carried on what i was doing and the person tried again and knocked aggressively, I said that I was changing a nappy then I started to hear a women?s voice moaning about ?people? taking ages in disabled toilets while disabled people actually need it. I ignored it and carried on what I was doing, trying obviously to hurry up. Suddenly the door unlocked and a staff appeared which was a shock to me. The member of staff apologised and closed the door while the lady carried on swearing.
I finished changing my daughter and tidied up then opened the door to find the rude lady stood there clearly looking angry. I made it clear to her that i was changing an infant and was within my rights to use the toilets, she shouted at me that she has a disable badge and that people like me are wasting her time.
I walked out of the place in shock and upset as no mother wants to deal with situation like this while out and about enjoying the weekend.
I walked around town all afternoon thinking of what happened and how rude it was. No staff was there to support me or formerly apologise about opening the door. I find it so rude how the door was unlocked with no warning. What if the person inside was death or couldn?t respond? what if there was someone sitting on the toilets?! How embarrassing would that be?!
A child is also entitled to privacy!
I feel like the staff should have clearly reminded that lady that having a disable badge does not mean she can kick out people from the toilets because she has a ?badge?. A proper apology for unlocking the door while i was changing my child would also have been nice ..
I have been customer of pret a manger for many years and really enjoy going there but i have to say today wasn?t such a successful visit.

I have been service today 15/10/2024 at this crawley branche by person named Fouzia at the till around 9:30, I ask if the pastry is warm, she replied saying no all our pastries are cold with angry face and horrible attitude.
I said I have an allergy....she said all our pastries are cold..?
This is just unbelievable, she didn't even care about my allergy and kept saying cold pastries.

This has to be my new best favourite coffee shop in Crawley. The manager is excellent, and it reflects in the team. This coffee shop has by far the best customer service compared to all of the coffee shops in Crawley. The coffee tasted better than popular high street stores. It's clean, the level of customer service is literally some of the best I have experienced in Crawley, I've lived here for 26 years. I was totally blown away by this team, I left this shop feeling alot happier than I was. Here's to customer service on a SUPERIOR LEVEL ????. Thank you guys for the very special effort you make to making sure the customer is satisfied and happy.
