Absolutely terrible...there is nothing Premier about this hotel! Standard double room, should have been called a box room 10 sq foot ! Shabby, needs updating, big hole in net curtain, holes in bathroom wall, paint missing, badly scuffed, no hair dryer (when it states there is one). Fan in bathroom sounded like a pneumatic drill, so loud. The room we were in was next to the stairs...omg it was like sleeping with elephants up and down the stairs banging the door etc...been awake from the early hours. DO NOT STAY HEREFood & drinks: Food wasn't bad, pub grub and service was ok

horrible Customer service, ?hot chocolate? was cold and they took an hour or even 2 to ask for our order. Bread was burnt and the juice was either disgusting or the machine was broken. the plates were not washed properly, the egg looked like it was cooked in the washing machine. tastes like a dehydrated dragon foot. FUMING!Noteworthy details: absolute nonsense !!

We had to change rooms due to lights and that was quite grim. The new room was much better. We asked to have our room cleaned but didn't happen. Not enough towels one between us.Breakfast, however, was good. Staff were pleasant.

What a bad experience! I was in Crawley for my son's wedding and after a great day of celebration we found ourselves back at the hotel around 9pm. We decided on a nightcap or two to finish off what had been a great day, but at 9.45pm, the bar manager called "last orders" and announced that the bar would close at 10pm (even though they are licenced to serve until midnight). Time for one more before going to our rooms, so I went to the bar only to be told it was closed. I checked the time, 9.53pm.The bar manager was steadfast in her refusal to serve us, so we left the bar feeling very angry at the early closure and lack of hospitality. All this was compounded by a noisy heating pump/vent or whatever in my room that kept me awake throughout the night. The only saving grace was the breakfast which was excellent, as were the staff on hand in the morning.

I've stayed at many Premier Inn's all around the country and I have to say the Premier Inn at Goffs Park in Crawley and its attached Brewers Fair attached is absolutely the worst. It was an absolute disgrace. I waited an over hour and a half for food. That was before i waited 30mins for a member of staff to turn up so i could check in! The staff were too busy talking o each other and caring too little about their customers. I stayed in the annex in the Premier Inn at Goffs Park. The room was cold. A number of light bulbs were were not working. Generally speaking this whole experience has been terrible compared with other Premier Inns. My company has a business account with Premier Inn but we can choose to stay anywhere at our own choice. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I OPT TO STAY HERE. Lenny Henry would be absolutely appalled. I think I'm going to other hotels now. Im so very disappointed in Premier Inn for this whole sorry experience.Food & drinks: Horrible. I wait over an hour and h half for a raw burger. Absolute disgrace.

Disgusting hotel. So dirty . Mold in lots of places in the bathroom. Blood stains on the wall in the bathroom.Windowsills covered in dirt.Bed sheets had rips in them.I was outside having a cigarette,The chef came outside to the bin area in his uniform , apron etc shoving items into the big industrial bins , and then went back inside and served customers their dinner in the same uniform . Disgusting!!!!Free wifi ppppfffft , could not get wifi whatsoever in the room. Would not recommend staying here whatsoever. Judging from other reviews this place needs to step up or be closed down

Always a good breakfast and the room nice and quiet. The only problem getting back into the room to collect bags to leave and the card wouldn't open the exterior door. A problem with the sensor. Eventually a guest staying there came and opened the exterior door so a couple of us guests could get in. Always find the staff helpful.Rooms: The room was clean and quiet but needs updating

The accommodation is good for the price and location . However it is ruined by the BAR and RESTAURANT. The staff are overworked which means service is rubbish and the food is spoiled by the fact the chefs are poor. Just returned from a 2 night stay and Monday 4th evening 80% of the customers got their money back for ??¤¿ Quality food. Need I say more.

Planned to sleep until 11am, woken up at 7am by works being carried out. Drilling and cable being dragged along the roof right above our room. Complained to front desk, they were very apologetic and gave me an email to send a complaint to. Told me they were very good at getting back and will give a refund. The front desk obviously knew this was a lie so were obviously fobbing me off so they didn?t have to deal with me. I emailed them, was told 30 days to reply, and when they did, no refund, just an apology.
